Agreed, but hold back on the critique b/c there was some talking head suggesting that the Leafs could take a flyer on him. Once the dust settles and he signs elsewhere then we can get back to ridiculing Spatso.

Kypreos is EASILY the worst talking head out there in decades. I wanted to like the guy but his CPU runs really slow.

Agreed, but hold back on the critique b/c there was some talking head suggesting that the Leafs could take a flyer on him. Once the dust settles and he signs elsewhere then we can get back to ridiculing Spatso.

I think the team is good enough to make playoffs with that tandem but they’ll need someone bigger for playofffs.

Even with this, the Bobby Ryan and Dion buyouts, the Sens are $5.6M below the cap floor

Is there any poopty teams with good ufa goalies that leafs could get at the deadline?

I think the team is good enough to make playoffs with that tandem but they’ll need someone bigger for playofffs.

The one that interests me is Stolarz from Anaheim. He’s a UFA next year. Maybe they keep Gibson and do a deal with him now instead of at the deadline. He’s only paid $950K and seems pretty good on a very small sample size. If Sandin wants out, move him and Mrazek.

And when the injury bug hits Mrazek for weeks on end... which it will guaranteed .. groin pulls get worse and worse... then what...

I just don't see that as a viable tandem for 60+ games to the TDL. Even with Boston and Fla and perhaps Tampa all being worse next yr.
